Toward the realization of Tokyo 2016 Olympics

JSAF and all concerned are fully supporting the Tokyo 2016 bidding. The venue of sailing that is very close from the Olympic village allows sailors to interact with athletes from other sports, and is expected to give easy access for media persons. Although the sailing venue at Tokyo bay is previously approved by ISAF, we are making further effort for cleaning the sea in Tokyo bay at this opportunity. We also welcome sailors from all over the world with the beautiful harbor surrounded by greenery. In addition, after the Tokyo 2016 Olympics, we can provide a good sailing environment for junior sailors in great Tokyo area, which is gathering approximately 10% schools in Japan. Let’s go for Tokyo 2016 together!!
